I bought something weird, anyone seen one before?

OK I have been looking for the "boiler room" version of the Impel NOES set for years. Have never found one. I do know they exist as a friend owns one in his collection. Found this auction on the bay...

any idea where it would have come from? Dead stock sitting somewhere for the last 25 years? They got REALLY bored and made it on their computer and I bought it? lol I'm slightly closer now to my ever elusive goal. Was just wondering if anyones seen one of these before.

No I just meant anyone seen a un-used box for the 2nd set before? I figured what the heck for the money it's neat. One day a sealed boiler set will show up and I will probably insanely overpay for it but after this long I just don't care lol.

i would be curious of the accuracy of "never used" --> it doesn't specifically say it didn't come with cards in it, it just says it was never unfolded. Not familiar with the box. Not sure what that means.
