Was looking through my photobucket at old pics and came across this:

It was the Gold version /25. Sold it at the time for $450 a couple weeks after I pulled it. Why did I not hold onto it....

Same reason why not everyone is a multimillionare with a crystal ball and invested in bitcoin/google when they first came out.

Griffin was the cash cow back then, and is still king for the flips.

His RPA's were selling for between 800-1k before christmas time his rookie year, and were flipped for around 3-5k the very next february before allstar break (yes, 2 month span). I remember this fondly because I flipped like 3 or 4 of them.

I don't know of too many people that actually held curry from then all the way until now, but it's been a slow progression...and his early days were riddled with more injuries than upside.

I sold a Gold 3 clr RPA /25 of Paul George for $250 back in 2011. Was easily a $2K card last year. We all make mistakes.
