Been tracking this item for the pass week since it was sent USPS Register Mail which is suppose to be the safest way since it travels with a lock and key. Item was last updated in Los Angeles ISC (never updated since). What a pleasant surprised I checked my mailbox yesterday and the item is in there. I mean c'mon USPS, it is register mail sig is required! At the very least scan the item and show that it was delivered.

Seller is lucky cause I'm that honest.:flex:
Could've easily filed a claim in a week.

Anyways here's the card.

"Register Mail" from China is not the same as domestic Registered Mail. Foreign register mail is treated like a priority or other parcel.

You are likely correct that you should have been made to sign for the package. Carrier might have cost USPS some money for not completing final scan. If that package were domestic register, the carrier would be liable for the value of the package and possibly be losing their job for delivery failures.

Nice card.

Never knew that register mail is treated differently coming from overseas.
Anyways USPS carriers are just not doing their job, cause there should've of been at least 2 more scans before they delivered it.
