Just sent a card there too. You'll need to go to the post office and fill out a customs form. Oh, regular first class for a 2 oz mailer would be a little over $2.

It's very expensive to ship with insurance and delivery confirmation internationally. Just go to USPS.com and you can get pricing there.

I forget, but I don't think Priority is tracked outside of the US. I think you could do Registered First Class for less than $14. I'm not certain if Registered mail would "count" if a Paypal claim was filed; I mean it should but I don't know what Paypal thinks.

Oh, point being I don't believe there is any benefit (other than delivery time) sending Priority International.

I just shipped to Germany last week. I shipped Registered Mail. It was I believe $14, and I can track it. Registered is essentially DC out of country, and from what Im told should protect you if a claim is filed.

Registered 1st class international is your best bet.... Tracking, insured, and they will need to sign for it. I charge $14.99 for this service.
