Hey there guys!
My 9 year old son is really getting into baseball cards.
After going to the Reds game last night, I was wanting to get him a 2010 Cincinnati Reds team set.
Preferably a low end set like Topps or something.
PM me if anyone has anything available.
:D

LOL. What a game for your son to see. :)
Hey..as a peace offering....PM me your addy and I'll be glad to scoop together some current Reds cards for your son and send them out. Does he have a favorite player?
Please don't say Brandon Phillips... ;) Just kidding.

LOL!!! The funniest thing is he really does like Brandon! :p
We got to the game just a bit late last night so the fight had happened before we got all the way up to our seats. Cool part about kids is that they see past all the trash talking stuff and just enjoy the game! :)!

LOL. Brandon is a really good player. I just wish he didn't insert his foot into his mouth as much as he does. :)
It's probably for the best that you got there later...no need to explain the immaturity of the "adults" out on the field. Kids are great because they see the game for what it is...a GAME. :) My 3 and 4 year old sons already enjoy watching ball games, even though they don't understand everything that goes on.

Two of my sons were at the game last night too, up in the nose bleed sections. I remember when my sons were young and we used to go to see the Indians play. They got sooo excited just to be at the stadium, the game was a bonus for them.
PM me an address and I will put together all the Reds doubles that I have available for 2010 Topps. I can't promise the entire set, but I should have a pretty good selection. If he has a favorite player, let me know that too.....

Yeah last year he was just happy to go to the park.
This season he seems to be actually getting into the game.
He had all sorts of questions about plays and where the foul lines are and why wasn't that ball a homer. It is so cool to see him really trying to understand the game. :)

Thanks again everyone. I was just going to pick up the Reds Topps team set at the park last night but when I saw the $9.00 price tag for 15 cards I just about passed out! LOL!

These are the sets sold at the stadium - some cards have different images used than the cards from the regular Topps set.
