Wow about Asuaje, I thought the problem had to do with his 2013 Elite Card!! I would have assumed that he'd do the new Bowmans at least... some rubbish backstory about how his semi-legitimate agent pressures his clients into not signing cards so that when they become super stars I think he can control their 'graph and work out more lucrative deals for himself. May Asuaje live out the rest of his pro ball dreams in happiness but fingers crossed he never breaks the C- prospect mold haha. I wonder if he won't sign team set cards either? Wonder how long it will be before the local graphers go completely insane and try to trick him into signing stickers. ;) Some of the graphers out here were telling me he doesn't do flats, only balls (with sharpie). Didn't realize we were dealing with a Rickey Henderson here!! :P

Last day of the season for Indianapolis in Scranton. Alen Hanson has got increasingly sneakier since his AA, I was only able to get him to sign 1 day this series. Indianapolis was not a very good signing team inside the stadium, most players only came out to stretch 10 minutes before the game.

Went to see Tanaka pitch his 3 innings. He was constantly hitting 91 on the stadium radar gun, which tends to be a mile or two faster than the pitch actually is. Looked decent we’ll see how the rest of his rehab goes.

The only one I've never gotten at a regular game is Ray Burris. He gives the whole story about paying him $5 and sometimes he won't even take the money if someone is willing to pay him. Most players sign at some point during a series and I am usually lucky enough to get them then.

Went to Reading to finish what little I had left for the Erie Seawolves. Postgame was a zoo on the Reading Phillies side. There were at least 100 people waiting for JP Crawford. I’ve gone to this stadium for over 10 years and I’ve never seen a crowd like this even when a rehabber is there.

Made my annual trip to Williamsport for team set giveaway night. This time the Crosscutters threw a wrench in my plans. The giveaway was for a sheet of cards, which of course were perforated. During the game I ripped the cards apart and proceeded to try to put them in my book. The cards were a larger than your average baseball cards. Made the trip to Binghamton to work on cards for both teams. Bowie is a roster that is really ruined by the DL. Both Bundys, Bridwell, Hobgood and Kline aren’t traveling with the team. Made the trip to Reading to knock out what I had for left for them and to get some of the new Rock Cats. Reading used to be a fun stadium to autograph at but it is becoming more of a hassle now. The large autograph crowds have lead the players less friendly. The stadium staff also is not very fond of autographers.
