How to send TTM? [Archive] - Blowout Cards Forums

Just wondering how exactly you send TTMs when you want photos signed. Do you have to send with cardboard? Do you have to print a label? Can you use stamps? If so, how many? Also what do you do with the SASE? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
