Magic Johnson 2014 National Panini Green Crusade Refractor 5 Ultra RARE | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Magic-Johnson-2014-National-Panini-Green-Crusade-Refractor-5-Ultra-Rare-/321698986469?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item4ae6c0f9e5)
I bought this card back in March from a seller in Australia. I thought it was a green /5 crusade with a bad picture. It was a blue/yellow crusade from the national card summit. I requested a return since the card was not the green /5 version, as the title said it was. The seller did not want to refund the money until I pointed out that he schilled up the card in the original auction. He offered me a second chance option at my high bid and said no. eBay sent me the address to return it to so I paid $21 signature confirmation to send it back. That was May 3. Tracking shows it got to Melbourne on the 12th and that was the last update. Today, the seller opened a case against me as he has not gotten the card back. I showed him the tracking number and he asks me the address I sent it to. He is no longer living at the address I sent it to so I expect the card is coming back to me. Do I pursue a refund on shipping it back since the address eBay gave me was not his current address? Is that the seller's issue? It will be mid June before this is straightened out. Thank you for you insight.
