I have owned the PSA 10 Finest RC of KG without coating for some time, but it took me quite a while to land the same grade with coating on. Rounding out my KG Finest rookie RC is actually the more underrated and much rarer 1995 Finest Veteran/Rookie insert featuring Gugs and KG, that's the only PSA 10 w/ coating according to PSA population report.
