Iowa State hires Steve Prohm from Murray State

Iowa State has agreed to terms with Murray St. Coach Steve Prohm to become the next Cyclone head coach. Hope they can keep TJ Otzelberger as the lead assistant coach. Great group of players coming back and a preseason top 5 ranking, excited to see how it'll turn out! We'll miss Hoiberg! :flex:

Just wondering your reasoning? I know he runs the same offense as Hoiberg and he will back his players when needed but How do we know he will do well at ISU? With this lineup I can see it, but in the future?

At the moment I like the hire..I watched some Murray St games over the years and I think he's a legit coach/hire. Team next year should be solid no matter, but how does he recruit at the big level is my only concern..
