It is a sad economy and state of our hobby right now if you can't get the price of a box back on this 1/1 Billups auto jersey. Some great hits in this stuff but the resale is getting soft outside of a select few cards and players.

Yea, I figured he could atleast get $200+ for the Chauncey alone. He is a really liked player and the card is a freakin 1/1! I don't see how/why the resale of rare cards are that bad, is the economy really that bad?

economy is bad but also depends on the player. ppl still buy kobe/lebron jersey cards regardless of set, price, design, etc. but Chauncey isnt that popular though, despite how good he is or has been. I have a /10 7-piece jersey card (spells out his last name) on sale for 9.99 on ebay, not even a single offer on it...

Guessing $150 give or take on the Billups 1/1. That's about the average. The others I'm guessing you'll make about $70-100. So return is probably anywhere from $220-300 if you lucky with the Curry and Billups rest usually sells for less than $10, most less than $5.
