I've been working on putting together the base set sketch of AJ Tan cards. So far I've got 42 of the 60. If anyone knows where I can find some of the ones I'm missing, please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help!

Just so you know where they are, I have black bolt and hulk. Not sure i'm interested in selling for any price, although I appreciate your collection, and thank you for sharing. It's beautiful.

That is a nice collection! I wonder if anyone has ever been able to get 100% of an artists cards for a set (outside of sets where an artist has only done a handful of cards)?

I would think it would exceptionally difficult. You need the perfect storm of all the artists cards pulled from the packs, know who have the cards and then have a willing seller. I think you do well if you secure 75% of an artists run.

Right. It might be an interesting spinoff thread to see what collectors highest percentage owned is. I think my personal best is 36% owned (17/47) of Mike Kunkel's MM2 cards. I've been watching out for those since the set was first released, and I have probably only seen 55-60% of his cards surface online. I've always wondered whatever happened to the others.

Yeah there is a good chance there are still a few Tan's in unopened boxes. And who knows for sure if UD even inserted all of the Tan's

That's my guess. The ones I pulled were fairly recent (this year). Black bolt was about 2 weeks ago.

Also FYI, someone bought X-23 on Ebay a few months back. She was up for ~ 30 minutes before seller took it down.. Guessing a private offer.

Well said Spider-Fan, I know I post less sometimes because I don't want to deal. Having said that 2infnitynbeyond is definitely not like that at all and actually a really good trader.

I also see FlashKV0785 updated us that he did sell - WOW! Letting go of that Hulk had to be painful :(

It was a fair offer, and i'm building a new house. He offered to replace the cards with .. well, nobody compares to AJT - but decent replacements. There's another artist I have an affinity for.

I noticed you put the cards on Ebay with a BIN price. Even though you aren't selling them, this is an exceptionally bad idea that could cause headaches for you. (especially at such a low price). Might not want to go this route...

I was under the impression that you didn't want to sell anything and were just using that to search out the other 18.

Having said that, someone could click BIN thinking they are getting everything listed because everything is shown (people don't read.. at all).
