Thanks man I was bored lol. people will be chasing these during the season. Why follow the crowd instead of blazing the path forward? You don't end up with a collection like mine without being a trail blazer right? What fun is always buying a depreciating asset? Why not buy them and watch them appreciate? Just the way I think :D

Tom Savage....what do we know about him? Those of us who didn't watch University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers college games what do we know about him?

He's the only QB the Texans have drafted since the days of Matt Schuab ended

He's on a team that recently (last two years) saw a local kid blow up so much that his cards went from $2 to $50 overnight with one start (Case Keenum) showing that the Texans will support a meteoric rise for a popular player

He's a QB on a team that's got a top 5 Defense and needs a QB to step up.

He's a backup to Ryan Mallett and Brian Hoyer. Ryan Mallett is far from good, he's never been good, he just played on the Patriots and gotten a lot of hype but never delivered. Hoyer has flashed but always collapsed when the pressure was on like last year on the Browns which was his amazingly 5th NFL team. Neither of these guys are any good. Do you think that the Texans will stick with either of these guys if they struggle and he's doing good?

We also know that in the NFL its common to see a QB jump in ability from his rookie to his second year. Foles and Kapernick are just two examples of many QBs who seem to get "it" in year two that didn't look great there rookie seasons. Recent quote from his head coach after OTAs

He’s definitely improved. He’s made improvements from the end of the season to where he is now. Now he has to, once we’re done tomorrow, he’s got to take the next month and continue to improve, study tape, study our offense, how it relates to some of the things he saw defensively”


Not surprising to read is it? Its natural for a QB to improve from year one to year two. What NFL.com said about him in its draft analysis

All sounds good to me what about you? Or do you actually believe that Ryan Mallett and Brian Hoyer are actually good QB's that will do something/anything this year? I don't. Add in Hard Knocks and you know if he looks good he will go up in interest.

I could do a similar write up on Tyrod Taylor but will keep it short.

EJ Manual is garbage, isn't ever going to be a QB you can build around. He was a huge reach when the Bill selected him and still sucks. Matt Cassell I just read is likely to be cut and not on the final roster.

Tyrod Taylor sat behind Joe Flacco, a Superbowl winning QB for four years. He was drafted by the Ravens who always drafts well, and since day one the Ravens with Tyrod only ever kept 2 QBs on the roster until this past season because they knew he would leave? Why did they know that? Because NFL teams tried to trade for him when he was on the team (confirmed not opinion). He is fast and you can't teach speed. The reason I liked him was I see Mike Vick when I watch him.

Just watch what he does to All Pro Justin Houston on that run. You think EJ Manual is going to win this competition because you want him to so your cards go up or you think he will because EJ Manual is a good QB? Just because he hasn't started yet isn't a bad thing, when a rookie QB, 2nd year QB, and 3rd year QB are the only other QB on the roster it means the team believes they can survive with him starting if needed. The Broncos offered him more money then the Bills did in Free Agency to replace Dysert and backup Osweiler but Tyrod turned that down to have a chance to start in Buffalo. He believes in himself as do I. I have been a fan of his since 2010 when I saw him play at Virginia Tech. Now we will see what he is capable of soon enough. Don't say you weren't warned!

Ace Parker has cut autos out there, he doesn't have hardly any certified autos out there like this though. Perfect card for the Hall of Fame collector because most won't have one of these :)
