Lot is still available, screwed up on an addition that a member wanted...didn't have in my possession anymore a card that he wanted added so I sent a full refund on this lot.

I've dealt with probably everyone on here...my buddy takes cards to our LCS at times and apparently snagged a Bryant chrome and some other Steelers for trade/sale. I was packing everything up last night, yeah two days later, because I do have a job and a family. I couldn't find the Bryant so I offered a refund on it since it was an add on to this lot. He wanted a full refund, so I gave it to him. That makes these now available again. For all I know, he didn't sale/trade the Bryant but this member is assuming the worse so we can go or own way...it's freaking cardboard and I consider myself very fair and honest, especially on here.

Handle that via pm. Trying to drag a member with 310 itrader with 0 negs through the mud likely won't end well.

Thanks Marsh...we did PM last night, when he posted in here I figured I'd explain what happened. I offered another Bryant that I have but he wanted the refund, so I obliged. I have plenty of established relationships here and SCF and I felt bad about the situation, he didn't like my attempt at fixing it though.

Handle that via pm. Trying to drag a member with 310 itrader with 0 negs through the mud likely won't end well.
You may want to step back when you don't know what happened. What's the amount of feedback have to do with it if he's not going to follow through with his end of the deal.
We spoke via pm bud, having 310 feedback is all good and great until it doesn't work out. He didn't want to talk to his buddy to find out where the card was he just wanted to replace it with a lesser valued card. Thats when I rejected and took the full refund. Having a family is all good and great I have no problems with that. And yes its just cardboard but when you want immediate payment you should make sure you have all the cards. Its not over card board for me you held my money for two days before saying you didn't have the cards.... figure that's something you would check before hand?

Go figure you'll magically have it back tonight, yet don't care to right your wrong. I told you in a pm last night to speak with him first and see if he dealt it or not and got no response. I said hey " wait to sell this lot to see if he has the bryant still" you didn't care to respond. And now that he has it your telling everyone on here you don't want to follow through with a deal you made. That shows some great character over "cardboard". We've even dealt before and had no problems your great to deal with but apparently you don't follow threw on deals

Not saying he's not a good member, I've dealt with him before hes a great guy to deal with dont get me wrong. But he didn't care to talk to his buddy to see where the card was. Just wanted to replace it and have me add more money for the replacement as well. Now he stated above he will have the card back but doesn't care to complete the deal because I left a negative.... if he would have told me he wanted to talk to his buddy I have no problem with that as he wasn't shipping until tuesday anyways. He only responded that he talked to his buddy after I left the neg just a little bit ago. Actually respond right after I left it saying he will have the card. If he wanted to follow threw with the deal he would have pmed me saying he was going to have it back however he didn't. To me that shows bad character on his part. Righting your wrongs is the way to go feedback can be removed.... the feedback is for the transaction I'm not arguing that he isn't a good guy and if it was an honest mistake as he states why not make it right knowing you'll have the card?

what are you talking about? i just posted the message that he was probably bringing it back just short of midnight, but that was after you didn't want to try to work something out, you wanted a full refund...which i gave IMMEDIATELY...good lord, what a mess selling this thread has been...

WTF why would you not give a guy with 309 positive the benefit of the doubt over a 5-10$ card? I can't agree more this does not warrant a feedback because a buyer feels like being impatient over a mistake or has buyers remorse..... seems like such a little point to have a refund issued for a lot like this.
