Roger Staubach Authenticity?

Can anybody please take a look at this?

I want to have a Navy mini helmet signed by Staubach and Joe Bellino (two Heisman winners) but Staubach is so difficult to get I may have to buy it. This one is the cheapest I can find, but the seller has zero feedback and it doesn't say anything about a COA.

I know it is not the easiest picture to see, but can anybody offer input?

Just my two cents that doesn't look legit. I have gotten him in person here in Dallas and the sig looks completely different. Another flag for me is how cheap it is starting out. Hope this helps again just my two cents. good luck
