Visiting for a few days, any suggestions? Looking for both wax and to gawk at some nice singles.

Just know your prices, they tend to be high.Pretty much only game in town.
When are the dates you're coming?

Did they move? I thought they were on 89th between 2nd & 3rd, closer to 2nd.

If you make your way to Brooklyn, visit Hot Corner. Best place in the metro area. Good prices and wax availability...

Yup. Lost their lease. Much nicer spot now and well lit. A bunch smaller though.

I just checked, and see they moved into the liquor store's old spot. I use to live around the corner (83rd bet. York & First), moved two years ago.
I think I'll pay them a visit for old times and support. I use to stop in the old store for odds & ends, and a chat over the years. They were in the neighborhood, convenient for a quick trip. There are not many Mom & Pop stores like that left. I still have my Vintage circa 1988 T-Shirt.
:)!
