Mitch Nay 2011 USA Question

This card is coming to me via COMC. Card was listed under Chris Okey and I have never seen one of him from this set. Anyone have any information on this card?

Wow! There's one for Max Fried too that I saw on COMC back in the day. I honestly have no idea how rare these are but there can't be many available.

Usually test proofs aren't die stamped.

What I want to know is how someone had such a rare card (if they are indeed that rare), sent it off to COMC and allowed it to be sold as just any other from the basic set.

Id be curious to see the numbers on the others that should have never been released to see if the numbers match each other. This card was on COMC for more than a day, never thought about it as I did my searches and just out of curiosity I checked ebay to see completed sales. Ill get the order on Monday but to my knowledge each card is assigned a number and then its picked that way. Hopefully I get it but since I only paid $.98 I wont be heart broke if its a basic refractor of Okey.

Still cant find any information on this card. Anyone with extensive Bowman knowledge have an idea?
