10 Man ESPN 1 point PPR

QB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX, FLEX, K, D/ST

I have the 7th pick in the first round and fourth pick (14th overall) in the second round.

What I know for a FACT is Peterson, Charles and A. Brown will be off the board. The guy with the #1 pick overall, had the #9 pick last year and took Colin Kaepernik so he is a complete wild card. The girl/lady/woman drafting #3 drafted Demarco last year and I can see her doing it again because she has ZERO fantasy knowledge.
That leaves Lacy, Bell, Lynch, Anderson, Forte and WRs. If you guys could tell me who you would pick at 7 and possibly 14 and why I'd appreciate it.

If you could make note that we are only required to have 1 RB and I was think CJ Spiller in the 5th

For a fact if Bell is there you take him. You will miss him for 2 games but hes a PPR monster. And with only needing to start 2 WR, there is depth there I would look at someone like Andrew Luck at 14. I think he is going to KILL it this year. Gives you in my opinion the best PPR RB and best QB in fantasy.

Bell and Lacy will likely also be gone, but if they're not, take one of them (Bell first). Otherwise, I'd go Lynch, then Dez, then Forte. You can still get an elite WR at 14, or possibly DeMarco or McCoy will fall to you there. Luck is also a good pick at 14, although me personally, I'd go with Gronk (most likely gone, but if he falls) or whatever elite WRs are left (one of Julio, Calvin, ODB, or Jordy should still be around).

Spiller has been creeping up draft boards, and may not last until the 5th. If he does, that's a good pick.

Go Bell, Murray, Forte, in that order. If they are all gone, I probably go Demaryious or Dez.
