A Few Jordan Inserts & Question

Yesterday in my travels I picked up a few Jordan inserts. Your comments are welcome. Scratches are on the holders, not the cards. I will be changing them. I also have a question about one of the cards....See Below....Enjoy!

1996 SPX Holoview Heroes: The scan does not show how nice this card is. I love the three dimensional effects and how it reflects the different colors when moved in the light.

1997-98 Bowmans Best, BP Refractor: I'm not familiar with this card, but it is a beauty. I need someone to tell me if the card is two toned by design, as shown in my scan, or is it a defect. Regardless, I like the card, I just want to know.
