Payout question for 10 teams

I was thinking about starting a league with 10 teams with a buy in of 65. How does anyone with 10 teams setup the payouts so that it is fun for all and everyone has a chance a some money?

To keep people interested, do like $5 per week to the highest weekly score, or some sort of survivor pool where each week the lowest point total is knocked out.
