2015 Topps Ripken Factory Set

Has anyone seen these at hobby stores or retail? They include the 5 parallels but also a Ripken insert. I'm curious as to their availability. Thanks in advance.

They're $60 in Virginia I believe.

From the sets I have seen, Wal-Mart carries the extra chrome Ripken card and Target carries an extra Griffey chrome card. I have seen the sets sell for about $50 in Wal-Mart stores.
