Thinking of buying a case...your thoughts?

Mini has a lot of low numbered cards and better autographs (though the SPing of top players is still a big problem) that still don't seem to sell as well as their higher/non-numbered counterparts in regular Chrome, but there's still a lot of big hit potential.

Prizm is a tremendous value where it is right now. Twice as many autos as the other two (minus a few rewards cards), a lot of color and a good amount of /10s and /25s, but the rookie auto checklist is massive and Odell Beckham isn't there. I've still done really well on Prizm for the price, though.

Bowman Chrome is a dumpster fire. You'll get a few bonus autographs and more color than Topps Chrome, but it has the same huge auto checklist Prizm does without the extra hit per box. Given the major SPing of the better rookie autos in this one as well, I'd stay away even at the really low price.

If money is a factor, I'd go with Prizm. If not and it's just for fun, Mini.

Not really familiar with it, haven't seen many breaks or opened any myself. The only thing I've noticed is that the prices are all over the place. Some sites charge in the 40s per box and some charge in the 80s. So maybe if you get it at under 50 it's a really good deal?

For Fun and Some Resale, Bowman Chrome. Strickly for PC, Prizm. If looking to sell and get money back Mini lol


I voted BC even though my 1 box sucked. I enjoy TC Mini, but Would rather have Bowman Chrome and $220 in my pocket left over.

Honestly, I think these are all weak products, but it depends on what you're looking for.

I went with Topps Chrome mini. Not looking for anything in particular. I was just looking to buy a full case for the 1st time and break it :) So my twin bro & I will be busting the case Wed. evening if it arrives on time. Paid for the 2 day air delivery also:)!

Also I just read on CC that the mini print run was 25% of the regular Chrome print run? Roughly 1800-1900 cases total? Anyone know anything about that?

I don't know about the print run % but I know its lower. Ive bought about a case worth of mini but haven't pulled anything great for autos. I did get a fair amount sp color though. Good luck

I'd spend it all on 1 awesome card. Probably on a Andrew Luck or Aaron Rodgers auto.

Personally I would go with Prizm. You are going to pull a massive amount of parallels/refractors and with Prizm you get more rookies, vets, and LEGENDS. Gold /10 parallels of some of the legends go for $100 each
