one of my first times dealing with comc and received one of these. is this new or am i just really late to the game lol

Never seen that before, and I've purchased several times from them. Actually did one purchase last Saturday.

It is fairly new, I got mine for the first time with my latest shipment and received free shipping on my next shipping request

I'm glad you asked the question because I was curious myself. I just joined COMC a month or so ago and I have two of those already. I was wondering if they had always handed these out as well.

No, they're new :) I got 5 bucks in my account with my last one! I have another order waiting for shipment, maybe I should get it and see if I get another one....

Both of mine were $3 towards shipping.

They were handing them out at the National in Chicago. They said for the next month or so, they would be sending scratch-offs along with any shipments as well, so if ppl could not be at the National, they could be a part of the promotion.

Awesome thanks for the responses. I notice it says 'One Scratch Card Per Account'. Is this to avoid having them sell on eBay?

No, its to avoid just buying $.50 cards to continually get scratch offs in hopes of stacking $5 or $10 or more codes that they have.

Think first 10,000 orders get them after the National, something like that. Mine came up empty.

Can you use one of each? I thought it was total.
