I thought he and Dexter Fowler were the same person for a long time

Almora is only in AA, He should be in Triple A next year so it's not that bad.

His .406 avg in his last 18 games says otherwise.

I guess 2 CF's + Schwarber = an acceptable defensive outfield.

Yes because 18 games is such a giant sample size.

Hes had a good August, but otherwise nothing special.

Id rather play Coghlan over him.

Seattle was the worst park to put him in. His power production nosedived, maybe Wrigley will help him. Plus he's a better defender than Fowler (not that that's saying much)

Coghlan didn't play to expectations in Miami but he's a great bench player. I don't even know that I can really call him a "bench" player because he does play and start quite frequently. Regardless, I saw that Jackson was specifically picked up as a CF to add depth for Fowler. Meh, he's not an awful option but luckily for us Fowler has stayed pretty healthy most of the year. I think he's only been out a handful of games.

You fail to understand that Fowler swings a good bat, decent power, and scores a lot of runs. Great defender? Not at all.

I think Coghlan is going to be playing a lot of 2b down the stretch against righties.

I don't fail to understand that at all, actually.

Jackson HAS value, though. Defensive replacement late in the game? And he's hitting lefties fine, can always sneak him in there. I think he'll just be better out of Seattle, too.
