$1K for a BC superfractor is super strong if you look at more recent ones but he is just getting more and more and more and more. They will finally stop (hopefully) but we know Topps will do what they can to churn more out. That being said even if $1k is right, insert supers generally sell for less than the standard card.

Can't remember if Jetes was in the auto set or not. Seven of the ten from the unautod set have an auto version.

Definitely a sweet looking card. Would love it in my showcase. If I owned it id most likely list at $2k (in case an idiot hits the BIN) and take the first $1200 that comes. If it sits for a week get the $1k I think it's really worth.

Jeter's RC is an important card, some Jeter collectors may think this is an important card to have. There will always be other generic superfractors, but will his rookie year card ever make it into a superfractor again? No one knows (though probably because it's Topps and they like to do dumb stuff).

I'd like to have seen the guys who don't believe it's much more than an $800-1200 card pull it and sell it. I'm guessing they wouldn't be so quick to take $1000 for it.

I already posted exactly what I would do. Considering I'm the one that said that 800-1200 #. If you wanna quote exactly what I said then add in the part unless something ridiculous happens.

I've heard a few people say that it's an insert superfractor..while that is true, there is also no base insert for people to collect, so for all intents and purposes this is about as true a 1/1 as Topps could produce. I would take a stab at value going around $2k depending how and if it's listed for sale

I'd list it and let the Jeter collectors battle it out. I think it is a great card, and I wouldn't underestimate the value of the card with the "archives" type collector. I could see it selling for 500 or 2500. Anyone who says they know what this will sell for is just guessing.

I would have to agree with this as I also feel it's a 'cool card' and would be a great addition to any Jeter PC, but when all is said and done it's a Superfractor of a reprint correct?.
