One would think after a certain point it's just been too long for the card to be signed and they just give up.

I don't remember the exact reason why he didn't sign them but from what I remembered it didn't seem like he would sign again. (false though because he did sign some stuff but not much)

I think he just didn't feel like Panini paid him enough. Topps has evidently given his recent string of autos in their 2014 products. The fact that he just got a big payday too, I don't think he's going to "waste his time" signing his rookie stuff at this point either. Sucks, but getting the replacement now after a big game, is probably better than during the offseason/bad game.

If he goes off this year and his prices go up in "beckett" then maybe they will stop handing out pathetic replacements. Julio Jones Rc prices arent very high since hes always injured and the falcons havnt done much since 2012

He is signed exclusively with Topps now. I hope you do get the card you are waiting on but I wouldnt count on it
