Go to their website, there is a form to fill out, you will need the number off the box lid. They also need the receipt, at least they did on my last request for missing cards

Dude I bought it at my freakin LCS, I dont think Ive ever gotten a receipt there. What then? Hahaha

They will do it once withot a receipt. They will send you a hit but you have to go to their website

If you ask your card shop nicely he can get you one. My card shop i go to if you are missing a hit from a box he will send them a letter himself along with his info for me.Last year i got a mini box of finest missing the hit and he did it and they sent the card to my house with his letter.
