Coach or Quarterback

You have the option to build a team around the best of either. Who would you rather have?

Coach. I can name quite a few bad QBs that won Super Bowls with great coaches, I can name very few great QBs who have won SBs with horrible coaches.

It is hard because football is such a team game and having a good GM and scouting staff can make good coach/QB better.

I would probably start with a coach though because it has a huge effect on the rest of the team that isn't the QB.

Pro football? Coach. I've seen way too many "can't miss" QBs go to places like Cleveland and get destroyed.

College football? Quarterback. I watched Vince Young overcome Mack Brown to win a NC.
