I'm not sure how many have noticed, but it sure looks like the A's pitching staff is going to be something pretty awsome for many years to come. I think b/c they play out west, I haven't really noticed their stats until recently.

Cahill: 16-6 w/ 2.61 ERA & 1.05 WHIP
Gonzalez: 14-8 w/ 3.16 ERA & 153K's in 179 IP
Braden: 9-12 w/ 3.56 ERA & 1.15 WHIP
Anderson: 5-6 w/ 2.94 ERA

If they could get a few guys that can hit...

Do you see any hobby impact for guys like Cahill, Gonzalez or Anderson?

Who will end up the ace 2 years from now?

There a team 2 watch in acouuple years, they need to get some hitting and have all day games, as of hobby impact id say very small, but good steals that way
What do i know.(:

Nope....I was an A's Fan when I was real young but I bolted once I was old enough to know how much of an ass the GM is.

when are those guys eligible for free agency cause none of them are gonna be around after that. the owners won't pay them what they're worth so Billy Beane will just have to trade them for some new prospects. going back to Mulder/Hudson/Zito and on to Blanton/Haren and now this group. it's a repeating cycle, sadly.

It broke my heart when Mulder/Hudson/Zito were pieced out....Then Harden/Blanton/Haren/Street....The crazy thing is its not like they invest the money they dont use on Pitchers. Your right....Its a Sad Thing!
