With everyone doing Topps Chrome and since I had a case available, I decided to try a 16-box case of Upper Deck hobby football. While it wasn't earth-shattering, I don't think it was all that bad.
For starters, collation was AWESOME. I got 256 rookies and had two or three of each including putting two full sets together (there are 100 RC). Also got a base set per box and the inserts, parallels, jerseys, etc... were all collated well.
Player selection was a little suspect. No Posluszny RC. And Ike Taylor made the cut? I'm a Steelers fan and don't think that was necessary. Vet Jersey cards are JUNK, but the Rookie jerseys aren't bad. I got two different Daunte Culpeppers (DC and DC1 in the set) and one had Vikings purple!!!

ROY Predictors: Quinn, Calvin Johnson, Bowe and Craig Davis.
MVP Predictors: Brady, Romo, Parker, Alexander, Jackson, Steve Smith, Vince Young, Andre Johnson.
A complete set of College to Pros inserts with 19 duplicates
A good mix of Philadelphia parallels (no duplicates).
