I would absolutely redeem it, especially if you don't NEED the money right now. Just be prepared to be patient. Topps record for coming through on these types of cards isn't great, so you're only going to get 50 or 60 cents on the dollar for the redemption. If they never come through, you'll probably end up getting that same 50 cents on the dollar in replacement value, so you might as well roll the dice and hope for the best.
