Should I take this trade?

Im being offered Tony Parker for George Hill.

keeper league or 1 season?
roto or h2h cat?
season totals or weekly matchup?
i don't know the matchups specfically, but i'd personally take hill. he has shown he can score and parker is on a team with multiple players who can score/take up ball usage time. hill has more value imo, but he has been injured.

Hill is way more valuable than Parker who's stats are obviously down across the board, and playing time will always be limited by Popovich giving Hill a distinct minutes advantage. Just my take...
