for the entire season and playoffs, I'll do a FREE contest giving away a card not to exceed $8

I will probably bump this as playoffs near and if they are still perfect

I don't see them going undefeated. 73-9 is looking realistic. 82-0 plus 16-0 in the playoffs? That'll happen if you play 2K.

Not to exceed $8
How'd you come up with that number?

Pretty sure he was doing this as a joke. No one truly believes Golden State is going undefeated. And it's not even worth getting into a conversation about.

I will also match the $8 card if the Dubs go undefeated. I would assume my Curry rookies would go up in value $8 between now and the end of the season, so it really offsets the gain......good luck to the Dubs and for whoever wins the $8 card I choose........

After seeing Curry during the post game interview after last nights game.... I wouldn't be surprised if they lose tonight. This streak will destroy this team if it goes on much longer.

The thing is they're playing their a$%es of each game to keep the streak going. Once they lose one the streak will be over so they won't be playing each game with the same urgency. Then they'll start dropping a few

You are wrong. Even after the streak ends, they will be going for 73 wins. They want to break the Bulls record.

They could win every game (regular season and playoffs) for the next five years and it wouldn't matter. Bulls will always be better. Even now, MJ and Co. in their forties/fifties could probably beat the Warriors. Basketball and society in general will never get back to the epitome it reached in the 1990s.

??? Big win for Shaka Smart as a first year head coach of the Texas Longhorns. Unranked and beat what Jay Bilas was saying was the "Best team in the country" even though ranked third in the nation.
I'd lead off with this as well. Great game.

On January 9, 1972, the 24-year-old Kareem Abdul-Jabbar leads the Milwaukee Bucks in a 120-104 victory over Wilt Chamberlain and the Los Angeles Lakers, breaking the Lakers' record 33-game winning streak, the longest of any team in American professional sports.

W's have their upcoming game against the New New LeBronville Athletic Club Formerly and Once Again Known as the LeBrons (formerly the Old LeBronville Athletic Club Formerly Known as the LeBrons (formerly the LeBronville LeBrons)) to consider. Of course, if this is how they fare against the damn Bucks, how much are they going to lose that game by? 57? 78?

Funny to hear the bitterness towards the bucks here. Congrats warrior fans on your championship and your 24-0. You guys are best in the nba, and have a great chance to repeat. I'm sure when we play again next week it will be a 20+ point win for the warriors. As a bucks fan, we havent had much to cheer about, but its encouraging to see that this team can pley well, hopefully this will motivate them a bit more to play with that kind of hustle and desire every night. For one night though, it was nice to get a big win so celebrating shouldnt be scoffed at. And sure, the warriors played in Boston last night, and didnt arrive until late, and it was a double OT game. The bucks also played last night, in Toronto, and also got in very late. So yes, they were tired i'm sure, both teams, but the bucks found a way to work through it, actually played some D and got their shots to fall. Havent seen that much this year, it almost looked like last years team.

Trend is emerging. If you want to hang with Warriors you need to exploit small ball. And you do that with your bigs. Last night it was Monroe. The Night before it was Olynyk. Even in Toronto it was showing where Lucas Nogueira was able to have a career night.
Curry is going to get his points - it's a given. But Bogut is a shadow of himself and Ezeli is far to inconsistent on D.
Not saying teams are gonna start thumping the Warriors by using their Bigs but it really does seem to be the only soft spot they have and teams are starting to adjust. All that said i'm not sure there is a team in the league who could hang for a 5 or 7 game series.

This is true to some extent however barnes is a huge part of what they do. He has the ability to guard the 4 while draymond guards the 5. Without barnes, their small ball lineup includes Livingston who is a good defender but makes them smaller and less effective against bigger lineups with an offensively talented big man.
