NEED HELP w/major trade!!!

Hey guys, kinda stuck on this trade...here's the details and what do you guys think I should do...he his also in my division and dont wanna add too much to his team either...our league has an OP (offensive player) position like a Flex so big point QBs make your team, this way I would be taking Rivers from him to take him down a little and I dont see Flacco having the same stats as Rivers...also I guess Im mainly worried what MJD "might" do as his team is not doing so hot and his ankle is still somewhat of an issue...please let me know what you guys think!

Receiving: P Rivers & Miles Austin

HIS roster after trade would be:

I'd do it. You get a huge upgrade at QB, and a nice one at WR. You'll probably need an upgrade at RB though...who are your backups?

Back-up RBs are weak this year for me....all my RBs are:

M Jones-Drew
Lesean McCoy
Shonn Greene
Jason Snelling


Thats why Im a little concerned about trading MJD and to trade him to this particular team. If I can get Rivers from him that will slow him down a lot. As I mentioned, our other slot is OP not a WR/RB flex so it makes the league QB friendly and thats where he scores most with Peyton Manning and Rivers...I just am not sure MJD will have a season like he did last year tho but its only week 2 in the books so Im teetering on this trade but more so to make the trade than not...
