this may be biased some but idc. i think if derrick henry were draftedby the right organization he could be pretty good. i would love for jerry jones to draft him in the second round. with that o line and an injury prone qb they could run him more than demarco murray with success!

No I absolutely do not think this draft will be as good as last year, in fact I really think the skill positions are very weak this year. QB is brutal. That said, I think Joey Bosa will be a good player

Bearcat homer pick. Shaq Washington. He broke receiving records at UC. He has a lot of Mardy Gilyard in him, which is scary for his NFL prospects. However, he gives away some of his shiftyness for top-end speed, which was opposite for Gilyard. This gives me hope for his NFL prospects.

He can be a Welker/Edelman slot-machine type receiver. If he gets to a team with a solid QB and passing attack, he might be something special. But he's also a shrimp.

other guys that have a shot at making a squad:

WR Mekale McKay: A possession receiver that is a big target at 6-5. Speed isn't anything special though. Would be a good player to have as a 4th or 5th WR though.
OL Parker Ehinger: typical Bearcats lineman, which means he could end up on a practice squad or basically a backup that only sees time due to injury.
DL Silverberry Mouhon: Solid pass-rush skills, but doesn't seem to have a high motor on every play. Also concerning is that his production declined each season. He reminds me of John Hughes III of the Browns.
DB Leviticus Payne: not great outside the numbers, but can contribute at nickel/dime coverage or possibly strong safety. Has decent tackle skills, and saw some time at LB last season.

Loving the homer picks so far. Connor Cook? really? He is going to get overdrafted because he is tall and has a decent arm.

the QB class this time around is dicey. so yes, Cook and others will get overdrafted by teams that have a need at that position.

I do like one of the under the radar QBs though that will get drafted to a backup position: Dak Prescott.

I also hope Zeke Elliot declares. It's clear that he won't be featured with the volume he needs/wants in an Urban Meyer offense.

I really liked watching Carl Nassib (PSU DE) play this year. He reminded me so much of JJ Watt from his talent and work ethic.

I have also been paying attention to Leonard Floyd, because his name is an early link to the Jets.

Karl Joseph out of WVU! A lot of you all dont know him because he got injured, but in the 3 games he played he had like 6 interceptions. He can hit tremondously hard and was a projected 1st rounder

Ogbah is a beast, I would imagine there's all kinds of teams that will be interested as he could be a 4-3 or 3-4 player easily.

Connor Cook is overrated and will likely be over-drafted. I read a few comments from some scouts who think he'll be nothing more than a career back up. I see nothing he does that is special.

Goff is the premier QB imo. Hack will be solid if he can sit behind Alex Smith or Carson Palmer. Cook is an overdraft waiting to happen, kid is a backup type talent, same with Kessler.

thank you. he struggled against solid teams and padded his numbers this year against crappy teams.

Homer pick here, but I'm hoping Carson Wentz (QB - NDSU) lands with a good organization. If he ends up with the right franchise and not some "black hole" for QBs, I really see him succeeding at the next level.

I love seeing the small school players tearing it up at the NFL level (IE David Johnson from this year's draft).

Simply because I want the Browns to take him and roll with Johnny for one more year. I don't want Goff or Lynch as high as the Browns will be picking.

Goff really needs to go back to school. He's not close to being NFL ready, honestly there isn't a QB in this draft that should be taken before the 3rd round.

Not sure if he will come back to Iowa or go pro but if so, I'll be supercollecting Desmond King DB from Iowa. He won the Thorpe Award and had 8 INT this season which tied a school record. He's a star in the making.

I do too. But I'm guessing he is gone. Originally they said he is leaning towards coming back to Iowa, now at the Rose Bowl he said he is 50-50 and talking to agents.

Every year that gets said by someone and then some guy comes out of the Draft and absolutely dominates.

It isn't the deepest draft in recent memory but there is plenty of top level NFL talent.
