Once in a lifetime card obtained!!! I think I'm going to faint

Wow!!! I'm still overwhelmed but I finally harpooned down a card for my PC of my favorite player and couldn't be happier. I never thought it would be possible but it's the truly a shining moment in my 20+ years of collecting and I can't thank the eBay seller who was able to work out a deal for me to get this amazing card and to know that it's going to a good home and not to a flipper for a quick buck. Definitely more like rediculous considering one has never surfaced and I think it'll bring well over $4000. I know our fellow member natsturner has one because I've seen it on his flickr account and I can only imagine what he paid for it

Congratulations, man. Such a milestone collecting moment for any collector who's pc player came up in the 90s. It's one of those cards that, once obtained, gives a sense of peace over the whole collection. Like if you never got another card, it would be ok.

That is soo true but even though it's one of the cards that makes my collection complete.... There are other key cards that I still need but like I stated before.... My pockets aren't deep enough for the PMG Green, 97/98 essential credentials future, 98/99 essential credentials future, 98/99 skybox thunder rave and super rave which haven't reared their ugly head in over a decade. But for now I'm super happy with what I've got and if given the chance in the future to be able to afford some of the fore mentioned cards I will take my chance but unfortunately I'm not expecting good results of that day were to come. All I can do now if take a deep breath, sit back, and thank my lucky stars to have been able to do what I've done so far

I think $4k should be good. But this is one of the cards that you need to save up extra 50% just because it will go into bid war. You can only hope that no one else goes crazy with the PMG green.

I saw the Ray Allen PMG card on eBay and fell in love with the look of the card. Great to see that RaVcCollector bought it. It's definitely one of those cards to keep hold of and treasure as a centre piece to your collection.

I'm considering grading it but I don't think it'll come back a high grade because of the edges... Maybe a 7?

Maybe just get it graded as authentic so that you can protect the card with a holder. It would be a shame if a card so nice came back as a 7.

Nice addition!!! I'd be super paranoid about sending it anywhere though, a card like that, I'd be crushed and probably very angry if for any reason it got mishandled, or worse, lost.
