Ebay/USPS shipping discount?

So I sold a few cards on ebay over the weekend and it has been awhile since my last sale, so I go to buy and print shipping labels, and last time I did it cost me $2.54, then with the shipping discount it came down to $2.04, but today I went to print like normal and the discount never applied? Does anyone know if ebay or usps changed rates on this? Thanks in advance for any info. -Nick

The rates changed a few weeks ago unfortunately. 2.54 should be your rate moving forward.

My rate went up to $2.60. even with my discount included.

Oh ok thank you. Ya it doesn't even show a discount anymore, it used to be $1.93 after discount, then up to $2.04 w/discount, now just $2.54 straight up. Oh well. Thanks again for the replies.

Did you try to lower the package weight from standard 3oz down to either 2 or 1oz?
