I broke a case of Intrigue at the end of last year (the one where they stiffed me an auto in two of 10 boxes and had an upside down Tony Parker auto sticker and would do nothing about it).
I had 9 redemptions on the draft exchange that they fulfilled this week. All 9 arrived today.
In separate bubble mailers to the tune of $23.84 in postage.

Everything ever said about Panini's redemption program all lends itself to them being a highly inefficient company.

Well, they need to overcharge for product when they're overpaying for shipping

They must do that for write-offs or something - it makes 0 sense.

Like seriously.. they need to get smarter. I also received a panini package with $9+ in postage waited over a week for it too.. when a simple flat rate priority envelope and includes insurance can be used for less than $6. This extra cost (thousands of packages) will add up and ultimately will get added into cost of boxes.. etc.

Nothing. Nothing at all. It's his party and he can cry if he wants to
