I have a $310 offer on this. It is beautiful. It is also in incredible condition, possibly a BGS 10. Would this be worth than 320 or so more graded a 9.5 or 10 or should I sell it raw? thanks

Card is probably worth $250-275

The /25 sells for $150-$175, I doubt you would get double the value because of the /10
