Can't go that low sorry. Typing in white whale 1/1 in baseball looks like the lowest with 200+ listings is Anibal Sanchez at $34.49 dvld, under sold only 3 apparently have sold under $30 and 2 are Chris Young haha.

$32 dvld would be my lowest at the moment.
