I busted a case and a half of 2016 Topps Heritage and while making sets I came across this Verlander card (the one on the left is the "variation" the one on the right is a standard one).
The card stock of the one is completely different, and like none of the other cards in the case(s). While the base Heritage cards have a wood grain like finish on the back. The one I have is smooth.
It looks as though the sheet it was cut from might have been put in the printer upside down because the front of my "variation" is wood grained while the front of the other one is smooth.
Any thoughts?
