If you accept returns...

You have to accept returns.. One the return options is changed mind...

If you don't accept returns all the buyer has to say is the card is damaged...

It sucks but sellers have no real rights on ebay...

You can fight but you will most likely lose... And if you fight the buyer can leave negative

Its a wonderful system ...............

You are forced into accepting the return.

Your basically SOL

You are out of luck the last thing you want to do is PO the buyer and make him damage the card and then you have no value. Accept the return. Move on.

Cases like this is why I avoid eBay now and prefer to sell to people on here. Would rather take a little less money and be less likely to deal with a d bag like that. Good luck OP

Don't sell cards on EBay....like others said you have very little rights as a seller. Buyers are known to buy cards, and then if they get them in hand and don't think they will grade gem mint, then they will make up false claims. It's a racket, but it's the way it is. It's what this "hobby" has turned into. Let him return it, block him, move on, and by all means I would avoid selling cards on Ebay at all costs.

^ i didnt know that. I thought you had to accept the return. Good to know ebay requires both parties need to communicate.

Well yeah, you have to accept the return IF the buyer does his part. They do have a set window to reply within. The buyer was probably fishing for a partial refund and moved on when you didn't bite immediately.

He could have just replied then i could have given him a partial refund.

Yeah, but what I mean is the card isn't really damaged, and since you asked for proof before offering anything, he just moved on.
