I'm sure I know less about this type of stuff than most but....I'm guessing they cut the laundry tag into 5 pieces to make the green /5 cards. This is probably the nicest one of the /5.

Nope they spread them out withen the whole print run. My mcgwire tag is made up of 2 cards a /5 and /10.

I found no patterns in the numbering compared to the patches. Seems random.
