Does anyone know if these are really SP?

So i bought this card on ebay for my pc (i may have a paid a few bucks over sold listings but oh well I LOVE THE PICTURE). Every listing I see says SP. Are these numbered to something? Are they really hard to get or is this just a bait title to get me to pay more? Thanks for the help!

Pretty sure they put a championship card in hoops every year from the previous winner and it's short printed.
