As I was browsing eBay the other day, I found one of these box sets for a nice price. I wasn't too familiar with them, but the update sets have 33 base cards, 6 inserts, and a chase (wardrobe, handwriting, lip stick, or cut auto). I figured why not, and here is the results:

Base set 1-33
Inserts: MC6, MC10, MC11, MC13, MC15, MC17
Chase: ME3 Authentic Lip Stick stamp

Overall, I wasn't sure if the cuts had been pulled (I only found a few hand writing cards on record), so I took the chance. I really like the design, and I can't complain with some authentic lip stick (which is a first in my collection). Anyone else bust some of this? If so, I would be interested to see what you all got. Thanks for the read!

I inherited 3 boxes of these recently. Was not familiar with them or the Breygent company. Did not know there were any major hits beyond gold or foil cards. Now I am curious to bust them open!

Yeah, based on all my research you should get at least one hit per box. You should definitely consider opening one of them :)

I also have two of them sealed. One of them, is box #2 (out of 700, or whatever it is). I haven't opened them, because as long as I don't, the autograph is definitely in one of them. (As soon as I open them, I'll know for sure that it isn't, haha).

Love Breygent's cards. Every set, even the stuff I don't necessarily collect, is gorgeous and made with the collector in mind.

Agreed, Breygent is definitely one of my favorite brands. The Wizard of Oz set they put out is still one of my all-time favorite NS sets. Love that philosophy on the auto too btw maybe I need to embrace it as well haha

Their two Wizard of Oz sets were exquisite. I've got a nice color sketch card of Scarecrow and a Relic card with a piece of the wagon wheel from the start of the movie. I had a Munchkin autograph or two, but I sold those.

They did a great job on "Dexter". The last couple of sets were better than the last couple of seasons of the show they were based on, haha. The American Horror Story Season 2: Asylum set is coming soon, and I hope they take that line all the way to end like they did with "Dexter". I've haven't seen much of "Bates Motel" on the A&E network, but the cards they've released from that had most, if not all, of the stars signing, some great looking props and costumes, and seem to have been well received by fans of the show.

My all-time favorite issues of their may be the regular sized Movie Posters
(Classic Vintage Poster Collection) set and the oversized Sci-Fi & Horror movie poster sets. Nice autographs and sketches in both and the base cards are especially gorgeous in the Vintage posters set.

Oh yeah, I pulled an awesome cowardly lion sketch and an oversized relic of the scare crow. Also, I did get one of those autographed wooden boxes, which looks fantastic. My wife and I love Dexter, so I have plenty of that set as well. I always try to buy older Breygent stuff, and it's always at reasonable pricing.

Nice haul! If my memory is right, they are a set and each box has a major hit. The hits were either one of five costume cards (I think glove, stocking, lipstick, dress, and hat or something like that), cut signatures, and cards with her hair in it.
