View Full Version : Watch Repair, Watch/Jewelry ~ Sales & Service

Before I simply sell you on my service and sales, here's a little bit about myself....

I was born and raised into the jewelry business (family-owned store). My father was a watchmaker who purchased a store in La Crosse, WI in 1962, and ran it up until 2016. I was born in 1979 and began learning the trade from my Dad in the early 90's. Child labor is cheap, ya know?!

After graduating high school and a few years of basic courses in college, decided to go full time, and never looked back. Today I work independently to help get you back on time!

I do wholesale work for retail stores across the US, and also do both watch repair, sales and service to anyone who's in need! Whatever it is you may need: sales/service of watches, jewelry, diamonds, advice or guidance on those topics, I'm gonna help! I take payments via Venmo, PayPal, Sports Cards, Gold/Silver/Platinum, Etc.

Below is a shot of my nice, clean, newly remodeled office/work bench before it became cluttered lol. Now it's time to rock...pun intended :)!

I sent a box of 9 watches to this gentleman and will give an honest review when I get them back. His prices are more then fair and he is on the ball with communication but I can't comment on anything else until I have them back in hand!

I most certainly do. My former store was an authorized dealer so I have fixed about everything there is to fix on Citizen watches. Replacing the complete quartz movement is almost always less expensive and faster than parts themselves. Shoot me a pic of front and back and I can probably get you a price.

I'll have to dig them up. I gave up on Citizen when I took my watches back to Kay's and they wanted to send them to the factory for service and repairs. The price would have almost covered retail replacement.

Please do, I'd love to give you a quote. Can almost guarantee I'll be half the price of the mall. Citizen factory service is great but I'm sure Kay's jacked up the price tenfold!

I sent off 9 watches in total for battery replacement, cleaning, and polishing.

The whole service and experience was a 10/10.
All watches were cleaned properly and all work properly.
No damage to the watch backs either so he knows what he is doing.
2 watches needed to be polished and came back looking much better then before (due to the material they are much harder to polish but he did an amazing job).
2 watches fogged under the face of the watch (due to gaskets going bad) which he cleaned and replaced! They look new now!!
I wear these watches as every day watches because they can handle the abuse and he gave them a second life!! (the tiny gold watch is the womans watch and she is ecstatic)
The cost for 1 battery replacement from the manufacture was 175$ with 2-3 week turnaround and he performed this service on all of my watches + cleaning for less then that incl shipping within 1 day and 3 days to ship back.

I am very grateful to find this service here and I would/will highly recommend him to anyone here.

Photo below for proof!
I can't tell you how thankful I am!!!!!!!!

Here's a fun story for ya. I used to live in Onalaska and once bought a watch from you guys (black eco-drive). I had ha it for a long time and then was swinging a bag around my shoulder with a water bottle in it. Must have hit it just right because it smashed the crystal and popped the mechanism out the back. I took it in and it was beyond repair haha.

Ha! Everything is repairable...until it costs more to repair than to fix, which I'm assuming was the case with that kind of damage. That's why I do free estimates!

I can definitely help, whether it's an automatic-wind that needs to be adjusted/timed out a bit better or a quartz (battery) that needs a new battery and maybe something else, I can check it out and get it rectified.
