I have a card I plan to break out of its psa slab and looking to buy a cheap psa graded card or two to practice breaking out of a psa slab. So I'm not looking for psa 10, something that is a current player (preferably a star or decent named RC and refractors are a plus). Griffey would be great but look for anything at or below eBay raw
