Don't see nothing wrong? If you claimed a thread and the seller backed out you wouldn't have a issue with that? Granted they are just cards but it's a moral thing, especially with no feedback.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel there's a bit of confusion.
-I saw OP list said cards for 80 delivered.
-BirdLaw claims but also wants photos.
-OP posts photos.
-Other people claim said cards too.
-OP follows up stating cards no longer available due to an "offer [he] could not refuse".

Unless that person was Birdlaw, I see the OP backing out (in my view of things). Anyone agree/disagree?

I think it ended up looking like bad form at the very least. Birdlaw said he'd probably take them but would need to see pics. I said I'd take them outright before Birdlaw made anything official.

I was just waiting on payment details but its fine. No need to report or make a negative rating. Ended up buying a sweet Billy Sims lot instead.

This is exactly why I prefer selling on ebay. Even though the fees are brutal, I can list the cards at auction or at a fixed price and noone gets their feelings hurt. Sorry if I confused anyone! I guess I listed the cards too low, because I had private messages flying at me like crazy lol. I probably won't list on here again...lesson learned.

no - BL did not say he would "probably" take them. he very clearly says "I'll take it if they're both autos,...." which they were.
