Ramirez smart play and a double play damn Rice can’t run.
Yea Judge is slumping although he got a hit he hasn’t hit a ball hard since his second home run in the 18-2 loss to the Dodgers. 2 for 3 tonight but struck out to end the 3rd with 1st and second the only time the Yankees had the tying run at bat.
Bellinger was safe.
Not enough to overturn.
The fact that Judge is the only one that can hit on this team is disgusting........
Oh, I'm sorry and Goldschmidt

Rice has been pulling his weight also. It’s Wells, Grisham lately, Lemahieu other than the 4 hit outlier. Judge has cooled off lately also but he is still getting some hits. |
Jazz would’ve been out nice error by the first baseman.
Way to go Volpe, inning ending double play.
4-0 Manzardo off of Cruz.
Only question I have is can they avoid the shutout because 4 runs is out of the question.
Is Wells a keeper or should they try for an upgrade.
Grisham takes too many first pitch strikes.
No offense whatsoever this game. Very boring.
Tim Hill isn’t exactly lighting it up.
Michael Kay talking like Rice, Judge and Bellinger have a chance to start a rally. Have to get Ramirez out first or Santana. Pop out to Goldschmidt last chance to avoid the shutout.
Rice needs to learn how to run.
Judge hasn’t looked good in a lot of his at bats lately.
Well Goldschmidt didn’t do anything but strikeout.
The offense really sucked tonight , Schmidt could’ve given up only 1 run in the first and still would’ve lost. Judge is starting to look like 2024 April.

I don't see him as a long term answer. I don't think he's that good of a defensive catcher to be able to have an OBP under .300 |

Agreed I just think there has to be somebody out there that could do batter, not exactly power wise but all around average and fielding. |
Something new I will do on a daily basis in this thread. A question of the day that won’t always be Yankee related but something to discuss.
Today’s question. Does a players signature on a card make you root against them. I am looking at guys like Tylor Megill, Tyler Anderson and Bryan Abreu. 3 of the worst signatures out there and I had the pleasure of pack pulling all of them. No matter how good or bad these players do I just can’t root for them. Anybody else feel the same way and have other examples. |
