Pulled my first ever triple rip topper of Willie Mays! Rounded the box out with a J Daniels silver Filigree, Albies bat relic, Framed mini auto of Luis Robert, and a framed bat relic of Cal Ripken Jr. Easily my best box of Ginter to date.

I collected last years quite a bit and am dabbling in years prior to that. Some of the previous year stained glass designs aren’t really my taste but there are players I’ll collect regardless. As for the framed versions, I don’t hate them but they definitely screw up my desire to have the colleciton all one touched and lined up nicely. I can live with it though, and am on the hunt for a few here.
What’s your take?

I dont see odds for "framed" vs "unframed" on the odds sheet, its interesting that they are a different design.

I think all the 1-350 found in packs are now framed, but the EXT found in rips are still unframed

Does anyone believe the production run of the EXT stained glass mini is only 25? I've counted 15 Juan Soto listed or sold on ebay so far.

Compared to about 3-4 of the pack-pulled framed version.

I noticed this in previous years when one could pop up a lot more frequently on ebay than the other.

I think at least one version is not limited to 25 and maybe neither are. :coffee:

Yeah, I’ve looked at that before I believe the EXTs are definitely out of more than 25 essentially triple rips guarantee a stained glass and there are 30 subjects all numbered /99 so basic math would say 30 X 99 = 2,970 and then 2,970/50 ext subjects would be 59.4 so around 60 a player if evenly distributed and sometimes the triple rips have multiple so who knows what the Exts are out of but I believe the base still seem to be the lower Print run.

Hi everyone, new member here. I recently opened up 2 RIP card, I noticed on 1 of the mini exclusive (Albert Pujols) says "Made in China" near the bottom. I found it odd as all my other mini doesn't say that. So I look through ebay listing, it's seems like only some mini RIP exclusive says "Made in China". The one that are made in china have code CMP077297, others are xxxxxx296. Are they considered 2 different variant, if so, does anyone know which one is more rare.

Is there an easy way to tell glossy vs. base? Are the glossy numbered?

Glossy are 1/1 and are stamped as such on the back.
